Rheanne earned her Bachelor’s degree in English and Communications from the University of Iowa. Shortly after graduating, she joined Troon Golf, which is the largest manager of Golf and Golf Club operations in the world. After beginning her Troon career as Managing Accountant at Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club in St George, Utah, she also served as the Director of Group Sales and Marketing , and was then promoted to Resort Manager. Rheanne was accepted into, and graduated from the exclusive Troon Golf Leader Program and was then assigned to The Resort at Tapatio Springs in Boerne, Texas. While at Tapatio Springs, she served as Membership Director, Resort Manager and Assistant Club Manager. Rheanne was most recently the Director of Catering at Arrowwood Conference Center and Resort in Okoboji, Iowa.
Adam graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science degree in Environmental Horticulture from Colorado State University. While attending CSU, Adam worked for Harmony Golf Club, a high end private course that is home to the CSU men’s and women’s golf teams. After graduating, he took a position just outside of Seattle at Chambers Bay in preparation for the U.S. Open. From Chambers he was promoted to Assistant Golf Course Superintendent for Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club in St. George, Utah. Adam has been at LCC since March, 2016. He and his wife Jennifer have a son named Wyatt.
Kristen comes to Lawrence Country Club straight from a career where she played professionally for 11 years. She spent four seasons competing on the LPGA Tour. In October of 2009, she earned her full credentials as a Class A Teaching Professional from the LPGA. Over her career she has worked with some of the best minds and teachers in golf. Kristen started teaching at LCC in April of 2009.
Tim graduated Kansas State University with a degree in Business Administration. He spent 33 years with Hallmark Cards, Inc. in various sales and marketing assignments.
Jason earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas. Prior to KU, Jason was the Golf Services Manager at Hallbrook Country Club in Leawood, Kansas. While attending KU, Jason joined the team at Shadow Glen the Golf Club in Olathe, Kansas. Shortly before graduating, Jason was promoted to Director of Food and Beverage. In 2004, Jason moved to Las Vegas to grow his career as Restaurant General Manager at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino. In continuing his career, Jason became a Multi-Unit General Manager at the Silverton Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. After 10 years in Las Vegas, Jason moved to Houston, Texas as the Regional Director of Operations for Bradley Ogden Hospitatlity. Jason is a Kansas native and once again resides in the place he has always called home.
Staci is a Nevada native, moving to Las Vegas from California in 1992 and living there until 2014. Staci attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she obtained a degree in Meeting and Events Management, along with a minor in Entertainment Management. After graduation, she became the Special Event Coordinator at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, and was promoted to the Entertainment Coordinator at the concert venue, The Joint, inside the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. After 4 years at the Hard Rock, Staci became the Arena Event Manager for a 7,000 seat arena at the South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa. In December, 2014, Staci made the move to Lawrence, KS to be with her now husband, Dayne. She worked as the Group Sales Coordinator at Starlight Theatre in Kansas City before joining us here at Lawrence Country Club.
Todd was born and raised in Iowa. After high school he joined the US Army for a four year tour. He then moved to Florida after military duty and started cooking in hotels and country clubs, eventually becoming the Executive Sous Chef at a restaurant on the gulf coast specializing in seafood and steaks. After ten years in the Sarasota, FL area, Todd moved to Atlanta, GA to further his culinary career and work in some of the finest restaurants in the area specifically the Abby which was a Michelin star restaurant. He decided to take his culinary knowledge back to Iowa and open a restaurant called PHAT DADDYS in his home town which got a lot of exposure of being a large city type of restaurant in a town of two thousand. After serveral years in Iowa, he decided to go back south to Sarasota to work and found that he really enjoyed the country clubs’ culinary challenges and pleasures. Todd moved to Lawrence four years ago and has worked at the top hotels. Creating a relationship with some of the local farmers in the area really inspired him to continue his culinary career in Lawrence, thus going back to what he loves the most – country clubs. Todd joined the LCC team in October of 2014.
An Army brat through and through, Nicholas finally found a home town when he moved to Lawrence in 2000. There, he became the drummer for a number of touring bands, and often found himself working in kitchens in between tours. At the urging of family and friends, he left the Lawrence music scene to attend Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Las Vegas, NV. In 2007, he graduated with honors. During his time in Las Vegas, he worked at several restaurants, including Jean George Vongerichten’s Prime Steakhouse, inside the Bellagio Hotel. Wanting to be close to family as they started their own, Nicholas and his wife Shannon moved back to Lawrence in 2008. Nicholas began work as a line cook at The Eldridge Hotel, and several years and promotions later, he was appointed the Executive Chef. Nicholas joined the team at LCC in August of 2015. When he is not in the kitchen at work, he is in the kitchen at home with his wife Shannon, and two sons, Muphy and Otis.
